Hello World: Introducing Form to Slack

We're excited to announce Form to Slack — a simple, elegant way to get instant notifications in Slack whenever someone submits a Google Form.

Why We Built This

Forms are great for collecting data. Slack is great for team communication. But the bridge between them? Usually non-existent, or expensive, or overly complex.

We wanted something different. Something that just works.

How It Works

1. Create a connection — Add your Slack webhook URL and we give you an endpoint
2. Paste our script into your Google Form's Apps Script editor
3. Get notified — Every submission appears in your Slack channel instantly

That's it. No polling, no plugins, no monthly fees.

What's Next

This is just the beginning. We're working on:

• Multiple Slack workspaces support
• Custom formatting options
• Filter rules (only notify on certain answers)
• Email notifications as a fallback
